How To Pull Transcripts (Academic Documents)

How to access academic documents:

Rutherford County School District and the State of TN have made it possible for parents to access the documents needed for transcripts and choice school applications.

To request TNReady/TCAP scores from the State of TN use the link titled TN Score Report Online Request. You need your child's USID number - lunch number, computer login - 7 digits
 
How to log into the TN family portal:
1. Log in to familyreport.tnedu.gov/login
2. First time users set up an account. The USID is your child’s lunch number & computer login number.
     - The USID is 7 digits with two zeroes in front: 1234567 would be 001234567
3. Once logged in to the TNReady website, do a screen shot or Snip of the scores. Then, copy the screen shot or Snip into a Word document to upload in the application.
   Snipping/Snip - Completed with three shortcut keys: Windows Logo + Shift + "S" key

1. Log in to Skyward (Family Access) For help - www.rcschools.net/apps/pages/skywardhelp
Rutherford County School serves K-12th grade students and is located in Murfreesboro, TN.
 

2. On the left side of the screen, click on Portfolio.

3. Click on EOY Report Card - EOY is end of year.

Parents, you will need to log in to your parent Skyward account to access report cards. If you are a Rutherford County Schools employee, and have trouble with your username and password, email Mrs. Hood in the Thurman Francis front office. Her email is [email protected].

The Snip image can be copied and pasted in a Word document. You can even use one Word document for all the records! Then, upload the Word document in the application.
