Report Cards and TCAP Scores

Rutherford County Schools and the State of TN have made it possible for parents to access documents needed for transcripts and choice school applications. You will need your login for the Skyward parent account. You will also need your student's USID which is listed in Skyward under Portfolio and is titled "student lunch number/student state ID".

Report Cards in Skyward Family Access Account

After you log in to Skyward, at the top, make sure you have selected your student's name. You may have more than one student in Rutherford County Schools.

Look to the left side of the screen and find "Portfolio" (at the bottom). Click on "Portfolio".
In Portfolio, you have access to end of year report cards.
Look for the last report card for the school year needed (24-25, 23-24). It may be labeled EOY for end of year.
When you click the report card hyperlink, a PDF will download to save on your computer.
The USID number is also under Portfolio and is titled "student lunch number/student state ID".

TCAP Score Report in TCAP Family Portal

Log in to familyreport.tnedu.gov/login
First time users set up an account. The USID is the student lunch number available in Skyward.
The USID is 7 digits with two zeroes in front: 1234567 would be 001234567
Once logged in to the TCAP Family portal, choose the School Year in the top left drop down menu.
To obtain the PDF score report, you will click on "Student TCAP Results PDF Download".
You will save the PDF document to your computer.

You will need your student's USID to complete the form. For accommodation, you may type "PDF score report needed for District choice school application".
