December Artists in Action Early Check In
To ensure everyone can enjoy our highly popular December Artists in Action event on Thursday, December 19th, we’re making a few adjustments this year.
To help ease crowding, there will be two identical performances:
*8:30 AM for Kindergarten through 4th grade students
*12:30 PM for 5th through 8th grade students
Guests are welcome to attend the ONE performance that best fits their schedule.
To streamline the check-in process, please complete the Early Check-In Form so we can pre-print visitor badges. The form will close at noon on Monday, December 16, to allow time for printing.
Anyone who does not complete the early check-in form will need to wait in line to be screened through our Raptor system, so please arrive in plenty of time for that. Both performances will begin on time.
All visitors, regardless of early check-in or day of, will need to bring a valid ID.
Please note: Students will not be permitted to check out early after the afternoon performance due to the busy schedule.
A list of performers will be available by 12/11 and posted on ClassDojo. Thank you for helping make this a smooth and enjoyable event for all!
