2023-2024 PTO Committees 

 

Applause - Kelly Hall 

Provides staff with birthday drinks/cards, helps organize and collect teacher favorite things lists, helps with Teacher Appreciation Week, and other special staff events at the school.

 

Appreciation Luncheons - Michelle Warner

Plans and organizes monthly staff luncheons hosted at the school. This committee also raises the funds needed or organizes the sign-ups for the monthly luncheons, gets quotes from local restaurants and pick up/ deliver meals to the school on the day of the event.

 

Beautification - Amy Owsley

Helps to make sure the grounds of our school stay looking up to par. This committee may involve landscaping type projects, trash clean-up, pressure washing, and other jobs to make TFAA shine.

 

Middle School - Tracie Frank, Megan Carver, & Christina Traughber 

Plans events for the 6-8th graders at TFAA. They are responsible for 2 dances, homecoming court, a back-to-school event, and other middle school events throughout the year.

 

Ram Reinforcements - Nikki Wilbanks

Provides extra classroom supplies and support for our students and teachers. May have periodic supply drives for classroom items and fulfill some individual teacher supply requests.

 

Ram Refreshments - Cheryl Corle

Purchases county approved snacks that students can purchase 2 Fridays of each month. They also sell fun candy type snacks for other school events during the year.

 

Ram Run - Julie Cobble

Runs our fall fundraiser event. This is our only major school fundraiser and is typically held annually in October. This committee also helps with money collection days/prize days and helps run the event the day of Ram Run.

 

Social Media – Len Salas

Creates media and content and plans for all social media posted by PTO.

 

Spirit Nights - Brittany Dyer

Works with local businesses to plan different events that raise money and provide for the PTO operating budget.

 

Spirit Wear - Crystal Spraggins and Julie Cobble

Manages the Spirit Wear site where we sell TFAA gear. This committee also works alongside the Ram Run committee to help design and sell the shirt for this event.
