Hello! My name is Penny Tidwell, and I am the school nurse at Thurman Francis Arts Academy.
I am originally from Southwest Missouri, and I have lived in Middle Tennessee since 1999. I became a registered nurse in 2009, and I have inpatient nursing experience in general medical/surgical, orthopedic, neurology, and oncology fields. I have a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Belmont University and a Master of Science in nursing from Western Governors University. I am a Nationally Certified School Nurse, and I have enjoyed working as a school nurse since 2015.
